The deserved title "Woman of the Year - 2024" in the "Successful Leader" nomination was awarded to our compatriot, the director of the state institution "Lepel District House of Culture", Azaronok Elena Semyonovna.

It is worth noting that the Lepel District House of Culture was the best in the region based on the results of 2024.
