For the purpose of forest conservation and protection on the territory of the forest fund, the following are prohibited:
2.1. construction, operation, reconstruction, capital repair of waste disposal, neutralization, and storage facilities (except for authorised temporary waste storage sites);
2.2. storage of snow containing sand-salt mixtures and de-icing agents;
2.3. washing of vehicles and other technical means;
2.4. placement of animal burial sites;
2.5. establishment of summer camps for farm animals;
2.6. storage of fertilisers and plant protection products;
2.7. pollution of forests with wastewater, chemical and other substances, placement of waste (except for temporary waste storage at authorised waste storage sites prior to their transportation to waste disposal, neutralization, and/or utilisation facilities), by-products of agricultural and food production (manure, droppings, whey, brewer's grains, pulp, etc.);
2.8. economic and other activities that have a harmful effect on forests or during which there is a risk of future harm to forests.
3. Other restrictions and prohibitions on economic and other activities on the territory of the forest fund may be established by legislative acts for the purpose of forest conservation and protection.
