Children in Focus!

With the aim of drawing attention to the problem of child injuries and fatalities from fires, a preventive campaign "Focus on Children!" is being held in the district from August 21 to September 22, dedicated to Knowledge Day. It will be conducted in three stages. During the first stage, preventive measures will be organized at retail outlets selling goods for preschool and school-aged children in Lepel (Univermag store). The second stage will take place in the district's educational institutions, and the third stage will be held in preschool educational institutions.

Employees of the district department for emergency situations, the education department, and activists of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Fire Rescuers will participate in the campaign. In general education institutions, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will conduct thematic safety lessons, give presentations at parent-teacher meetings, and provide briefings for teaching staff and support personnel. In preschool educational institutions, thematic educational cartoons will be shown to children, and preventive discussions will be held with parents.
