A job fair for "silver" age individuals, and persons with disabilities who have professional and vocational recommendations, was held at the Department for Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the District Executive Committee.

There are citizens who have already earned the right to a well-deserved retirement or are approaching that age, but are still young at heart and full of energy.

What did employers offer them? More than 10 organizations and enterprises in the city offered them the opportunity to find work they enjoy. In total, as of October 1, there were 452 vacancies in the Lepel district.

Among those offered were: territory cleaner, worker for comprehensive maintenance of buildings and structures, orderlies, cooks, educators, and other specialists.

Customized training, new rules for posting vacancies for employers, notification of the Department of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the District Executive Committee regarding staff reductions — specialists from organizations and enterprises were also able to get answers to their questions.
