In Vitebsk today, the results of youth employment in the northern region, "Labour Semester - 2020", will be solemnly summed up, BELTA was informed by the regional committee of the BRSM.
"The student team movement is one of the leading areas of the BRSM's activities. Based on the results of the labour semester in the Vitebsk region, more than 4.6 thousand people worked in construction, agricultural, pedagogical, environmental, and service student teams," the regional committee of the organisation noted.
Youth participated in the All-Belarusian Youth Construction Project "City of Youth - 2020", the international production project "Atlant", the construction of socially significant facilities in the Vitebsk region, were involved in the improvement of the regions, and worked in health resorts. Today, the best young professionals will be identified. Outstanding representatives of the volunteer movement of the Vitebsk region will also be awarded.
Partners and organisers of the event are the regional committee of the BRSM and the main department of ideological work and youth affairs of the regional executive committee.
