The Republican Unitary Enterprise "Design Institute "BelGPI" has been corporatised in the Vitebsk region, a BELTA correspondent was informed at the regional territorial fund of state property "Vitebskoblimushchestvo". The charter capital of the open joint-stock company established on the basis of the enterprise is formed in the amount of over Br1.363 billion. It is planned to issue 309,849 ordinary shares with a nominal value of Br4.4 thousand each for this amount. All shares will remain state property. Until the first shareholders' meeting, the Ministry of Industry is authorised to make decisions within the competence of the general meeting and the supervisory board of the company. The enterprise was established in 1975 and is a multidisciplinary institute for the design of residential, public and social facilities, including the restoration and reconstruction of architectural, historical and cultural monuments, as well as for the design of industrial facilities of various profiles. By the end of 2011, it is planned to corporatise another 6 republican enterprises in the region, including "Evikom" with two subsidiary structures, "NovopolotskZhelezobeton", "VitebskVtormet". In total, the list of republican enterprises scheduled for transformation in 2011-2013 includes 17 organisations located in the Vitebsk region, including construction RUP "VitebskDSK" and "Construction and Installation Trust No. 22 of Polotsk", RUPP "Begomlsky Plant "Vetraz", RUPP "Vitebskhlebprom", RUP "Vitebsk Liquor and Vodka Plant "Pridvinye" and others.
