On March 6, Vitebsk /Diana Kurilo - BELTA/. By the end of 2012, 602 units of unused state property are to be brought into economic circulation in the Vitebsk region, as announced today at a regular session of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies by Mikhail Pavlyuchkov, Director of the Vitebsk Regional Territorial State Property Fund "Vitsebskoblimushchestvo", as reported by a BELTA correspondent.
The fulfilment of this task will allow for the implementation of the Head of State's requirements regarding the involvement in economic circulation of all unused state property located in the region, stressed Mikhail Pavlyuchkov.
In 2011, 886 units were brought into economic activity in the region, of which 713 were state-owned. The total revenue from the sale of unused property sold at auctions amounted to over Br58 billion. During the period from 2009 to 2011, 1691 unused units of communal property were brought into economic circulation in the region.
The deputies of the regional council decided to organise the involvement in economic circulation of all unused state property located within the territory of the Vitebsk region by December 31, 2012; and by January 1, 2014, to take measures for the state registration of all unregistered real estate units of communal property in the region. -0-
