A meeting is being held at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee to discuss measures to strengthen public safety and discipline, the effectiveness of actions taken by interested agencies to combat drug trafficking and prevent their spread in the region, as well as the implementation of the decision on additional measures for staffing state organizations.
The meeting is attended by Igor Sergeenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, and Sergey Khmaruk, Deputy Prosecutor General of Belarus.
"Unconditional implementation of Directive No. 1 must be one of the key priorities for every head of any organization. All planning meetings and sessions must begin with issues of preserving life and health. The safety and health of people depend on competent, responsible, and effective work in this area. If there is discipline at the local level, there will be results," noted Alexander Subbotin, Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee.
