The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee is summarising the results of the training of territorial defence management bodies of the region.
"The participation in the exercise conducted under the guidance of the General Staff served as a kind of examination for the territorial defence management bodies of the Vitebsk region, where officials of executive committees, formed management bodies, and territorial troops' military units demonstrated their readiness and ability to accomplish the tasks set before them. Over the year, local executive and administrative bodies, in conjunction with territorial internal affairs bodies and local military administration bodies, have carried out work on preparing for the formation of people's detachments. In general, the work being carried out yields positive results, but we must not rest on our laurels; we must strive for continuous improvement and development," emphasised the head of the Vitebsk region, Alexander Subbotin.
