Alexander Subbotin approved the appointments: Yuri Ragutenok as First Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee; Alexander Dubrovsky as Director of OJSC "Uzmensky Kray" of Miory District; Sergey Khalimomenko as Director of Agricultural Production Branch "Zaozerie" of OJSC "Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant".
Contracts have also been extended for a number of managers: Andrey Puisha, Deputy Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee (1 year); Petr Kunshtel, Director of OJSC "Polotsk Agroservice" (1 year); Nikolay Olenich, Director of the Vitebsk Regional State Inspectorate for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection (3 years).
