Taking into account the established average daily outdoor air temperatures in the Vitebsk region over the past week and the forecast of a decrease in outdoor air temperatures in the near future, the regional working group for optimizing heat supply modes has agreed to switch on heating systems from September 25 for preschool, school, medical and preventive, medical institutions, social security institutions, specialized educational and sports institutions, museums, state archives, libraries, and hotels.
