First and foremost, State Automobile Inspectorate officers will focus on identifying and removing from driving vehicles drivers who are in a state of intoxication or who have driven without a license.
Along with the established warm weather, control over drivers' adherence to speed limits, rules for entering oncoming traffic lanes, and passing pedestrian crossings has been intensified. Motorcyclists and cyclists who ignore the requirements of the Rules, as well as pedestrians, will not be overlooked by the State Automobile Inspectorate.
We strongly recommend that drivers be extremely attentive in the traffic flow on suburban roads, choose a safe speed, refrain from rash overtakes and passing maneuvers, and be mutually polite. It is imperative to fasten seat belts, and to transport children in special restraint systems.
