During the second stage of the preventive campaign "Safety Day. Attention Everyone!", employees of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations spoke at parent-teacher meetings at the educational institutions: State Educational Institution "Stayskaya Secondary School", State Educational Institution "Polsvizhskaya Basic School", State Educational Institution "Kamenskaya Kindergarten-Basic School", and State Educational Institution "Starolyadnyanskaya Kindergarten-Secondary School". In their speeches, rescuers focused parents' attention on preventing children from being left unsupervised, and informed them about criminal liability for leaving children in danger. They urged adults to responsibly approach the organisation of safe holidays and to jointly ensure the preservation of children's lives and health during this period. The main causes of fires were also mentioned, and examples of child fatalities were provided. To help parents feel safer, they were recommended to install autonomous fire alarms in their homes, which would notify them of a fire in case of an incident and provide precious time for rescue. At the end of the events, informational leaflets were distributed to adults, and the films "Non-Childish Games" and "Actions on the Signal 'Attention Everyone!'" were shown.
