  Remember the rules

  IT IS FORBIDDEN: 

to move at a speed exceeding 25 km/h; 

to use personal mobility devices (PMDs) by persons under the age of fourteen (except in pedestrian and residential zones); 

to perform actions that endanger traffic safety when entering (exiting) the roadway and moving along it;

to carry other persons outside of specially equipped seating areas provided for by the PMD design.
