Upon arrival at the scene, it was established that the roof of the house was on fire with an open flame, and the interior of the house was burning.

The fire was extinguished by rescuers.

EMERCOM employees found two of the homeowner's children unconscious in a room. They were carried out into the fresh air and handed over to healthcare professionals. After resuscitation efforts by ambulance personnel, death was confirmed.

During the investigation, it was determined that before the EMERCOM units arrived, the mother of four children woke up to the sound of a functioning autonomous fire alarm and discovered a fire in the house. She managed to carry two children out of the burning building.

As a result of the fire, the roof, ceiling, and property inside the house were destroyed.

The cause of the fire is being established. The considered version of the cause of the fire is a violation of the rules for operating electrical networks and electrical equipment.
