It is possible to get a free flu vaccination this year with the three-component vaccine "Grippol Plus" (produced in the Russian Federation). Immunization of the population has already begun at the polyclinic and general practitioner's clinics of the Healthcare Institution "Lepel Central Regional Hospital". All questions regarding vaccination can be clarified at the polyclinic's registry and at the general practitioner's clinics at your place of residence, for both adults and children.
Primarily, vaccination, as protection against complications after influenza, is important for risk groups – children and adults with chronic diseases and immunodeficiency conditions, individuals over 65 years of age, pregnant women, medical and pharmaceutical workers, children and adults residing in institutions with 24-hour stays, etc. Vaccination is also important for employees in education, trade, public catering, utilities, transport sectors, and others.
Citizens who wish to be vaccinated on a paid basis can also contact their polyclinic of the Healthcare Institution "Lepel Central Regional Hospital", which has the four-component vaccine "Vaxigrip Tetra" (produced in France).
All flu vaccines are registered and approved for use in the Republic of Belarus. They contain current virus strains recommended by the WHO for inclusion in seasonal flu vaccines for use in the 2024-2025 season in the Northern Hemisphere.
