"You are entitled to a payment!" - a phrase that causes people to lose money

Scammers are once again impersonating government bodies and sending out fake "notifications" from supposedly official funds and services.

The names sound official, the design mimics real websites, and inside... lies a classic trap.

They write about "confirmed payments";
They pressure you with urgency: "collect right now";
They lure you to Telegram and pose as "operators";
They ask for full name, passport details, and then – a code from an SMS.

And that's it. After this, access to your accounts is compromised to scammers, and the "government payment" disappears forever.

Remember once and for all:
— government bodies do not communicate via Telegram;
— they do not process payments through messengers;
— they never ask for SMS codes or card details.
