When riding a bicycle, the following are prohibited:
riding bicycles that are not in good working order;
riding without holding the handlebars with both hands and/or without keeping feet on the pedals;
carrying passengers, except for carrying children under the age of seven on a bicycle on an additional specially equipped seat;
individuals under 14 years of age operating a bicycle on the road without the accompaniment of an adult (except in pedestrian and residential zones, on sidewalks, and on bicycle and pedestrian paths).
A cyclist is a participant in road traffic, therefore, for their own safety and the safety of others, they must comply with the Traffic Regulations.
