The Verkhnedvinsk Butter and Cheese Plant has repeatedly shone at international and republican exhibitions and fairs in recent years. It brought back laureate diplomas from each.This time, the staff showcased their products at the open cheese festival in Grodno, which was attended by 23 enterprises, presenting 70 samples of their products for tasting.
The professional jury evaluated the cheeses based on taste, aroma, texture plasticity, uniformity and shape of the eyes, aftertaste, and even packaging. Consumers, in the "Cheese for the Whole World" popular tasting contest, evaluated the taste qualities. As a result, "Edem" cheese was awarded a first-degree diploma, and "Slavyanskoye Zoloto" processed cheese received a second-degree diploma. The enterprise itself was awarded a diploma from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus for the development and production of a new innovative type of product.
