On March 30, a judo tournament for athletes born in 1996 and younger was held in Belynichi, Mogilev region. Wrestlers from more than 30 cities gathered for the event. Eight participants from Lepel took part in the competition, and three returned with medals: 1st place – Kirill Kuzmicheonok, in the weight category up to 35 kg; 2nd place – Dmitry Grug, in the weight category up to 50 kg; 3rd place – Sergey Gonchar, in the weight category up to 60 kg.
- The guys faced quite strong competition, with 30-40 people in each weight category, - shared coach Galina Popova.
