Job Vacancies

Enterprises and organizations have submitted requests for 215 vacancies to the employment service. Primarily, highly skilled workers in blue-collar professions are in demand, accounting for over 60 percent. Additionally, for instance, medical institutions require 16 doctors and 18 individuals for middle-level medical staff positions. Naturally, the majority of unemployed individuals do not meet the educational and qualification requirements.

Retraining

Among the 139 unemployed individuals, 32% are youth – people under the age of 30. It is young people who readily respond to the offer to retrain for other specialities. Thus, since the beginning of the year, 13 people have undergone retraining upon referral from the employment service. Primarily, construction-related specialities are in demand: bricklayers, stove setters, plasterers, tilers, as well as gas and electric welders, and car drivers.

From School Bench

Fewer and fewer graduates of general education institutions are applying to the employment service. While in previous years, dozens were registered, last year only three were. According to specialists, this is due to the large number of places available for admission to higher education, secondary vocational education, and vocational education institutions.
