Citizens who arrived to see Viktor Vladimirovich for a personal reception also needed the help of the people's elected representative. Electrification of a residential building, registration of an unauthorized structure, road surface repair, rental housing, and the use of "Housing" checks for house reconstruction were the topics of the Lepel residents' appeals.
