The Vitebsk region holds a leading position in the country for the use of local fuels among housing and communal services enterprises.

Following the results of the first half of 2025, this indicator amounted to 75.7%.

In our district, consumers have a choice of where to seek assistance – at the municipal fuel supply enterprise or the forestry enterprise, as well as private companies.

And although the number of private houses with stove heating in both urban and rural areas is decreasing year by year, the Lepel branch of the UP "Vitebskobltop" is in high demand among the population.
