"Vitebskoblimushchestvo" will additionally offer shares of four Open Joint Stock Companies for exchange for "Imushchestvo" certificates from March 1.

The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee will additionally organise the exchange of shares of four Open Joint-Stock Companies (OJSCs), established during the privatisation of communal property of the Vitebsk region, for "Imushchestvo" (Property) privatisation vouchers for citizens, starting from March 1.

After a short break, citizens will again have the opportunity to exchange vouchers for shares of OJSC "Zapadno-Dvinskaya MezhrayAgroTehServis" (the Vitebsk region's share in the company's charter capital is 99.75%) and "Stroitel'nyy Trest №9, g. Vitebsk" (99.86%). Additionally, OJSC "VitebskObelAvtoTrans" (56.52%) and "VitebskTorgStroy" (38.81%), whose shares are offered for the first time, have been included in the additional list.

Currently, the list of OJSCs whose shares are exchanged for vouchers includes 8 joint-stock companies with the Vitebsk region's share. These are "Vitebskiy Motorechnyy Zavod" (99.63%), "Tiraspol'skaya PMK" (74.74%), "Vitebskoye Mezhrayonnoe Remontnoe Predpriyatie" (99.78%), "VitebskObelAgroPromTrans" (92.98%), "Vitebskiy Khoztorg" (96.93%), "Avtotransportnoye Predpriyatie №4, g. Vitebsk" (86.68%), "Tiraspol'skiy AgroTehServis" (99.32%), and "Mekhanizirovannaya Kolonna №43, g. Vitebsk" (91.03%).

Holders of "Imushchestvo" vouchers are also offered shares of four enterprises with the Republic of Belarus's share, located in the region, for exchange: "Dolomit", "Invet" (Verkhnedvinsk district), "SRSU №3, g. Novopolotsk", and "Polotsk-Steklotkany".

In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 546, the circulation period of personal privatisation vouchers has been extended until December 31, 2025. In total, shares of over 150 enterprises in the country participate in the exchange of "Imushchestvo" vouchers. The list of joint-stock companies can be found at any branch of OJSC "ASB Belarusbank", including remotely (lists are posted on the bank's website). The exchange of "Imushchestvo" personal privatisation vouchers for shares of enterprises from this list can be carried out at the branches of OJSC "ASB Belarusbank".

According to the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, approximately 60 million "Imushchestvo" vouchers have been issued to citizens in the Vitebsk region for exchange, of which about 40% have not yet been used.
