The Vitebsk Regional Property Fund will put 85 lots up for pre-New Year auction in December, including 25 with a starting sale price of one base value (currently, the base value is Br25.5) for each real estate object. This information is posted on the website of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, BELTA reports.
For 60 lots, the sale price equals the appraised value or is reduced by 20%, 50%, and 80%.
Investors are offered previously unsold rural clubs, schools, bathhouses, warehouses, production and administrative premises, a recreation camp, and other facilities. The objects can be used for business activities, reconstruction into residential premises, or for personal subsidiary farming.
After the New Year, in January, more than 20 buildings and structures will be offered at auctions to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses and business partners.
