The main topic of the meeting was the draft Law "On the All-Belarusian People's Assembly". Elena Ivanovna informed the attendees in detail about the main provisions of this normative document, including the status, powers, and form of activity of the BNA, its composition, and authority. The emphasis was placed on the uniqueness of this draft law, which has no analogues in the world.
- The All-Belarusian People's Assembly is the highest institution of people's democracy. The problems that arise in the country are important not only for the state but also for an individual citizen. We all want one thing: peace, independence, and well-being in our republic, as well as in our families. Undoubtedly, the 1200 delegates who will form the BNA must be worthy people, as they represent all strata of the population, - summarised Mikhail Leonidovich.
Then, the meeting participants were able to ask the Chairman of the District Executive Committee their questions, to which they received competent answers.
