All minors killed in road traffic accidents were passengers in vehicles.

An analysis of road traffic accidents involving minor pedestrians shows that 14 children were injured at unregulated pedestrian crossings, 5 at regulated crossings (of whom 1 crossed against a red traffic light), 2 minors were injured in courtyards, 1 on a pavement, 8 ran across the carriageway outside of a pedestrian crossing, 4 ran out from behind a parked vehicle, and 2 walked along the edge of the carriageway.
On 06.04.2018 at 19:20, a driver born in 1984, driving in Orsha, while making a left turn from Mogilevskaya Street onto Solyanikova Street, at a regulated pedestrian crossing, hit a 3rd-grade student of Secondary School No. 12 in Orsha, born in 2009, who was crossing the road at a regulated pedestrian crossing, from left to right in the direction of the vehicle's movement. The minor, with bodily injuries – an open fracture of the right tibia, was hospitalised in the trauma department of Orsha Central District Hospital-1.
