ATTENTION! ACCESS TO ICE IS PROHIBITED

In accordance with the decision of the Lepel District Executive Committee No. 1239 dated November 17, 2023, based on clause 35 of the rules for the protection of human life on water, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated August 18, 2023 No. 543, a ban has been imposed on entering the ice cover of surface water bodies of the Lepel district during periods of formation and (or) destruction of ice cover.

With the aim of preventing loss of life on water, employees of the OSOVOD (Belarusian Voluntary Society for the Rescue of Persons on Water) and the ROChS (District Department of Emergency Situations) are conducting raids on the water areas of the lakes in the Lepel district.

During the period of intensive melting and ice destruction, it is forbidden to go out on the ice!

It hides dangers fraught with the most tragic consequences.
