To business entities engaged in passenger road transport!

On the submission of information to tax authorities regarding the performance of road passenger transportation.

A Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 147 dated 31.03.2026 "On passenger and cargo transportation" (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 147) has been adopted, which, among other things, amends the forms for submitting information to tax authorities on performed road passenger transportation.
In accordance with Resolution No. 147, from April 1, 2026:
dispatchers of irregular road passenger transportation or road carriers independently handling the acceptance and transfer of orders for irregular road passenger transportation (hereinafter referred to as irregular road carriers) shall submit information to tax authorities on performed irregular road passenger transportation according to Appendix 6 to the Rules of Road Passenger Transportation approved by Resolution No. 147 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules);
taxi dispatchers or road carriers independently handling the acceptance and transfer of orders for taxi transportation using telecommunication means and the global computer network Internet, including through information systems and resources (hereinafter referred to as road carriers) shall submit information to tax authorities on performed taxi transportation by taxi vehicles according to Appendix 7 to the Rules.
From April 1, 2026, taxi dispatchers and road carriers are obliged to indicate in the information submitted according to the form in Appendix 7 to the Rules, the driver's identifier (ID) included in the state information resource "Register of Irregular Road Passenger Transportation".

Considering that taxi dispatchers and road carriers have not recorded and maintained records of orders (fulfilled and unfulfilled) to the extent necessary for providing information in the format specified in Annex 7 to the Rules, and also considering the need for technical work on the part of the Transport Inspectorate of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as well as on the part of the tax authorities, the information for the 1st quarter of 2026 is to be provided to the tax authorities by dispatchers of road passenger transport in irregular services, by road carriers in irregular services, by taxi dispatchers, and by road carriers according to Annexes 5-1 and 6, respectively, to the Rules of Road Passenger Transport, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.06.2008 No. 972 "On Certain Issues of Road Passenger Transport".
