All speed cameras and monitoring cameras across Belarus are now concurrently checking vehicle technical inspections: the devices record vehicle registration numbers, and the system compares them with the database of individuals who have passed technical inspection.
If the violation is detected again within a year, the fine can be up to five basic units (185 Belarusian rubles), and if detected by a camera, two basic units (74 Belarusian rubles).
