Drivers and passengers must use seat belts.

In accordance with the Traffic Regulations, a driver is obliged to be fastened and not to carry passengers with unfastened seat belts when driving a motor vehicle equipped with such belts.

In turn, a passenger is obliged to be fastened when driving a motor vehicle equipped with seat belts.

This requirement of the Traffic Regulations also applies to route vehicles, such as buses and minibuses.

Administrative liability is provided for violation of these provisions for both drivers and passengers.
