In the village of Berniki today, a water tower collapsed. The residents of the village (10 households) and the Voronovo boarding house, where about 70 elderly people live, were left without water. Emergency rescue operations are underway at the scene by the district's public utilities. According to Ruslan Furashov, water supply will be restored in an hour. "The situation is under control. The tower was in a dilapidated state, and its demolition was planned for the second quarter of the current year.
