Servicemen of the Zaslonovo garrison congratulated representatives of the Belarusian Women's Union on the upcoming International Women's Day, March 8.

In a solemn ceremony, servicemen presented women with flowers and commemorative souvenirs, expressing gratitude for their work, care, and contribution to the development of society.

This visit was a continuation of the warm interaction between the military and the representatives of the union. Not long ago, the women visited the garrison with the "Mom's Pies" campaign, where they treated the servicemen to homemade pastries, creating an atmosphere of coziness and family warmth.

Lieutenant Colonel Alexey Berilo noted that such meetings strengthen the bond between the army and civil society, and also emphasized the importance of women's role in everyone's life. "Your kindness, wisdom, and support inspire us in service and in life," he added.

And at the entrance to the Lepel District House of Culture, before the start of the solemn event, servicemen of the Zaslonovo garrison greeted the women with a musical welcome.
