Appeals were received today from the Liozno district, as well as from Vitebsk, Glubokoe, Sennо, and Polotsk districts. A significant number of them related to the possibility of providing electricity to residential buildings for connecting electric boilers.

Anatoly Linevich noted the relevance of this topic: "The closer the commissioning of the Belarusian NPP, the more the population understands the prospects that open up with the commissioning of this facility." For now, in many cases, the main obstacle to resolving such appeals is the insufficient capacity of power lines. For example, in the Liozno district, over a hundred residents were denied due to this reason – half of those who applied to the local branch of "Vitebskenergo" for the installation of electric boilers. According to the President's Aide, it is necessary to compile lists of such citizens in the districts, which will help in developing a relevant state program. "It is also necessary to develop a regulatory document with a unified approach, on the basis of which further action can be taken," he believes.

The director of a private enterprise from Gomel requested assistance in promoting his business project. On the territory of the Orsha district, according to Decree No. 506, the businessman plans to create a production facility for the collection and processing of used oil filters. He has developed a business plan for the new production, and registered the enterprise in the Orsha section of the Vitebsk FEZ. Further implementation of the project stalled due to the inability to determine the criteria for its effectiveness.

Three large families from Vitebsk and Polotsk sought help in resolving personal issues related to arranging children's health resort treatment, improving housing conditions, and using family capital.

Anatoly Linevich took each received appeal under his control and promised to investigate. Where possible, assistance will be provided and appropriate measures will be taken. In a conversation with journalists, the President's Aide drew attention to the effectiveness of this form of working with people.
