This was announced today to journalists by Yulia Medvedeva, Head of the Department for Improving Organizational Management Forms of the Ministry of Economy, BELTA correspondent reports. "The point of view defended by the Ministry of Economy is that a holding company should not be considered as a tool for obtaining any additional tax preferences. This means that other advantages should be prioritized. These include optimizing financial flows, improving the structure, corporate governance, and other relationships built on economic mechanisms," Yulia Medvedeva noted. At the same time, the issue of a single taxpayer within a holding company is currently actively discussed, she said. "There is a corresponding instruction. The Ministry of Finance is working in this direction," the representative of the Ministry of Economy noted.-0-
