There are 28 registered religious communities in the district, representing 6 denominations. Of these: 15 Orthodox, 2 Roman Catholic, 7 Evangelical Christians, 1 Evangelical Christian Baptists, 2 Seventh-day Adventists, 1 New Apostolic.

The Lepel District Executive Committee has established a specific practice of working with religious organizations, which creates favorable conditions for ensuring citizens' rights to freedom of conscience and religion, maintaining interfaith peace and harmony, and developing interfaith dialogue.

During the off-site part of the event, the presidium members visited the Church of St. Casimir and the Church of the Nativity of Christ.

Father Vladimir Zayanchkovsky not only introduced the history of the church and the work on improving the adjacent territory but also spoke about the social focus of the parish's work. For several years, the religious mission "Caritas Charitable Catholic Society" has been operating at the Parish of St. Casimir. Since December 2022, the project "Social Point in Lepel" has been implemented. The main activity is providing assistance, social services, and consultations to people in socially vulnerable situations. The Parish of St. Casimir has allocated an equipped room for the Lepel District organization of the public association "Belarusian Association of Disabled Persons."

The rector of the Church of the Nativity of Christ, Archpriest Sergius Leshkevich, dean of the churches of the Lepel district, elaborated on the implementation of the cooperation program with the Department of Education of the Lepel District Executive Committee. Since 2020, the district resource center for spiritual and moral education of students has been functioning at the educational institution "Secondary School No. 1 of Lepel." The main goal of the resource center is to provide organizational and methodological support for the system of spiritual and moral education of students based on Orthodox values and traditions of the Belarusian people. Students of the Sunday school prepared a short concert, delighting the members of the off-site presidium with their remarkably pure voices and wonderful repertoire. The event concluded with a prayer for Belarus.
