Issues of citizens' welfare were considered at a joint meeting of the Presidium of the Lepel District Council of Deputies and the Lepel District Executive Committee.

Valery Klyashtorny, Chairman of the Borovskoye rural council, reported on the implementation of the protocol of instructions given during the Day of the Borovskoye rural council.

Territory cleanup of the settlement, pothole repair, replacement of MSW containers, a request to cut down trees – these and other issues were raised by the residents of the rural council. Many of them have already been resolved, while some are still under control.

Responsible executors reported on the results of meetings and encounters with the population in the Slobodskoye rural council area, according to the schedule.

Complaints about the work of the Lepel branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Union regarding the limited range of goods in retail outlets and mobile shops, as well as the reduction of retail space in stores,

pruning of tree branches, road resurfacing – these were the issues and problems raised by the residents of the rural council before the authorities.
Vadim Pshenko, an inspector of the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on the results of the working group's survey on order and improvement in the settlements of the Slobodskoye rural council.

Vadim Vladimirovich visually demonstrated the problems that existed in the rural council area and have now been resolved: garbage near the sports ground in the art base area, as well as in the market area, has been removed; the entrance to the store of the Lepel branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Union has been repainted. During the discussion, the issue of MSW containers, which become unusable over time and need to be updated or replaced, was discussed.
Svetlana Vityunova, chief specialist of the Land Management Department of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on compliance with land legislation in the Slobodskoye rural council area.

Valery Sadovsky, Chairman of the Slobodskoye Rural Executive Committee, reported on the work of the Slobodskoye Rural Executive Committee in maintaining order on the land and improving the settlements.

Natalia Ivanova, Director of the state institution "Territorial Centre for Social Services of the Population of Lepel District", reported on the social services provided to the population within the Slobodsky Village Council.

Mark Mozgo, Inspector of the Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Lepel District Department of Emergency Situations, reported on fire safety measures within the Domzheritsky Village Council.

Alexander Mazgo, District Inspector of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on the state of law and order within the Slobodsky Village Council.

Anna Belkovich, Chief Specialist of the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on the implementation within the Lepel District of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 116 of March 24, 2021 "On the alienation of residential houses in rural areas and the improvement of work with vacant houses".
