The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora informs that, in accordance with clause 5 of the Hunting Rules, the right to hunt on the territory of the Republic of Belarus with hunting tools is granted to:
a capable citizen of the Republic of Belarus who has reached the age of sixteen, as well as a capable foreign citizen, a stateless person who has reached the age of sixteen, permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and holding a residence permit (hereinafter referred to as citizens), who has a valid state certificate for the right to hunt;
a foreign citizen, a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, a stateless person permanently residing outside the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as foreign citizens), provided they have a document certifying the right of these citizens and persons to hunt in the states of their usual place of residence.
Persons referred to in the second and third paragraphs of the first part of this clause, who have not reached the age of eighteen, have the right to engage only in hunting without firearms.
