The General Director of the "Vitebsk" Culture Center, Director of the International Festival, Rodion Bass, for the first time in all the years of the competitions, presented an invitation to participate in the next festival as a guest artist to a contestant. She was the favorite of the Vitebsk public, Samanta Tina from Latvia. The jury awarded her the first prize. Rodion Bass thanked the contestants for their participation. "You have graced the festival with your presence," he said, addressing the young performers. Special words of gratitude were expressed to the international jury.
