Looking at this petite young woman with a pleasant voice and immense charm, it is difficult to imagine that she masterfully operates a real behemoth on wheels. Yulia Poznyak drives a bus, transporting passengers on a suburban route. The young woman works at the "Lepel ATP-14" branch of JSC "Vitebskavtotrans".

– Yulia Vasilievna, you are very brave. Aren't you afraid to take responsibility for a large number of people during their transportation? – I ask my interlocutor and hear a resolute:

– No, not really. Of course, it's a difficult job, but an interesting one, – and it becomes clear that the key word in this sentence is "interesting".

- I have dreamed of this job for a long time. I have been driving as an amateur for over 10 years; I initially came to the ATP as a conductor. After observing and being inspired by the experience of my colleagues, I decided to become a bus driver. I was very afraid of the director's reaction, but, surprisingly, Mikhail Kazimirchik supported me. I am very grateful to him for the push and progress towards my goal. I also want to express my gratitude to Alexander Shkirando, who taught me the art of driving and how to use the cash register equipment, – says Yulia.

- Please tell us, how did your family react to your decision to become a bus driver?

– My husband, children, and my parents supported my choice of profession, as I sincerely wanted to do this particular job, – says the young woman. – When passengers see me driving a bus, they are surprised at first, and then they admire it.

- How were you accepted by your colleagues in your new position?

– Very positively. There are colleagues to whom I can turn for help, with whom I can simply talk, discuss everyday life and the company's work. I am lucky, – states Yulia.

- What is the most difficult thing about being a bus driver – the early wake-up calls. How do you cope with this?

- My favourite job and my loved ones help me to get on the route full of strength and energy. I wake up every morning with pleasure and get ready for work, – shared the resident of Lepel.
