For a bribe of Br280 thousand, the head of the medical institution's department was ready to favorably resolve the issue of issuing a fictitious sick leave certificate to an unemployed person born in 1982.
A criminal case has been initiated against the 53-year-old healthcare worker under Part 2 of Article 430 "Receiving a bribe" of the Criminal Code of Belarus, which provides for up to ten years of imprisonment with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold certain positions. -0-
