6 September, Ивацевичи /Alina Grishkevich - BELTA/. All district hospitals in Belarus must be modernised to the same high standard as in Ивацевичи. This was stated today by the head of the Belarusian state, Alexander Lukashenko, during his visit to the Ивацевичи Central District Hospital, BELTA correspondent reports. The President positively assessed everything that has been done during the reconstruction of this district hospital. Alexander Lukashenko noted that there should be no empty talk in this matter, which is very important to him. He stressed that all problems and shortcomings in healthcare must be addressed. "I do not regret coming here, to Ивацевичи. The main thing is not to see that it is a good hospital. The main thing is to resolve all the issues that still exist. We have two years to complete the modernisation of healthcare, and then we need to move forward. If Belarusian doctors are performing laparoscopic kidney replacement surgeries today, it means we know how to do a lot, and we will develop, and we will also strive to improve the quality of medical care," the head of state emphasised. -0-
