Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that increasing the country's population, comprehensive support for motherhood and childhood, and an increase in the number of large families are the most important tasks of the state. "By celebrating this day as a national holiday, we pay tribute and recognition to your great mission – the birth and upbringing of new generations, the preservation of moral foundations and spiritual ideals of society," the President noted. "Dear compatriots, we appreciate you for remaining affectionate and kind wives and mothers in the turbulent rhythm of modern life, capable of believing, loving, and forgiving.
