During the meeting, Vladimir Kalinovich provided information on the current fire situation and fatalities, cited specific examples and main causes of fires, and addressed issues of both occupational and domestic safety. The MES representative also informed the attendees about fires caused by children's pranks and reminded them of the unacceptability of leaving children unattended.
Vladimir Kalinovich recommended that the sanatorium staff install autonomous fire alarms, providing examples of lives saved due to their activation. He also reminded those present about the rules for using primary firefighting equipment.
He focused in detail on preparations for the New Year holidays. He informed the attendees about measures to prevent emergencies during the festive period, warned about the dangers of venturing onto thin ice, and the risks associated with using pyrotechnic devices, after which he answered citizens' questions.
