16 November, Vitebsk /Diana Kurilo - BELTA/. An interdepartmental group has begun the second stage of monitoring the performance of state bodies and organizations in the Vitebsk region concerning citizens' and legal entities' appeals, as reported to BELTA by the Vitebsk Regional Committee of State Control. In execution of the instructions of the President of Belarus, an interdepartmental working group, comprising representatives from the Committee of State Control, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, is conducting a monitoring of the performance of state bodies and organizations in the Vitebsk region in November, focusing on resolving the most pressing issues of concern to the population. Specialists from the interdepartmental group will hold mobile reception sessions, direct telephone lines, and meetings with work collectives in the Liozno, Ushachi, and Orsha districts. As explained by the Committee of State Control, the range of issues and topics of interest to the interdepartmental working group is diverse: from matters of budget fund utilization, financial and economic activities of industrial, agricultural, construction, and housing and communal enterprises, and social sector organizations, to the work of officials with citizens. In the Liozno and Ushachi districts, a mobile reception session will be held under the leadership of the Committee of State Control Chairman, Alexander Yakobson.-0-
