On January 14, the event was warmly welcomed by the employees of OJSC "Izmeritel", which manufactures automotive electronics, automation and telemechanics products, and provides high-tech industrial services in demand throughout Belarus and beyond.
At the lively celebration, representatives of the friendly team proved that they are capable not only of working responsibly for the benefit of their native country but also of having fun with all their heart! In the production workshop, which became an improvised concert hall, they sang and danced along with the artists, exchanging smiles and positive emotions. The air was filled with an atmosphere of happiness and celebration, and eyes sparkled with joy.
The audience was entertained by the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus Zhanet, soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus Taras Prisyazhnyuk, and Olga Bulay.
The team of OJSC "Izmeritel" was greeted by the head of the enterprise, Vitaly Smargunov.
- Our most valuable asset is our employees, thanks to whom we achieve all set targets. To ensure they want to return here, we are working on improving working conditions, increasing wages, and organising corporate events. The "Marathon of Unity" helps us to address such an important task as attracting new staff to the enterprise, as well as relieving the work atmosphere. When we learned that an event would be held at our enterprise, we were inspired and proud. Employees came here with joy, which is evident from the number of people present today: about 300 people in total. Unity is the key to the development of our city, enterprise, and country as a whole. The synergy of people's joint work and rest yields a much greater effect than individual work, allowing us to conquer new horizons.
- Today's celebration has captured the hearts of all employees. To be honest, at first, I wasn't sure if I should go to the concert. But having been here, I don't regret it! I am all for such events. I have been working here for 40 years, and this is one of the most memorable events that have taken place here. We were all inspired and united, singing and dancing. I wish that similar events would be held here more often, - shared her opinion Lyudmila Matveeva, an employee of the paint and varnish section.
