The deadlines for submitting documents are set by the Resolution of the Ministry of Education No. 18 of April 8. The acceptance of documents for state-funded places in full-time (daytime, evening) or part-time, including distance learning, forms at state higher education institutions will be carried out from July 8 to July 15. At the same time, for part-time study at agricultural universities, the deadlines are different – from November 1 to November 30. Deadlines are also set for those who wish to obtain higher education at the expense of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals or their own funds.
Entrants wishing to obtain higher education on a paid basis and taking entrance examinations at higher education institutions (except for part-time study at agricultural universities) must submit their documents from July 8 to July 15; and those applying for part-time study at agricultural universities must do so from November 1 to November 30.
Applicants wishing to enroll on a fee-paying basis and who do not need to take entrance examinations at the higher education institutions themselves (with the exception of foreign citizens and stateless persons) may submit their documents within the following periods. For those applying for full-time or part-time education at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Command and Engineering Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Gomel Engineering Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations - from July 8 to July 29. For full-time or part-time education at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, the Belarusian State Academy of Music, the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts - from July 8 to July 31. For admission to other higher education institutions (except for part-time education at agricultural universities) - from July 8 to August 2. For part-time education at agricultural universities - from November 1 to November 30.
The dates for entrance examinations for higher education funded by the budget and on a fee-paying basis differ. Thus, at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, the Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Command and Engineering Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Gomel Engineering Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for full-time (daytime) and part-time education - from July 16 to July 19. Entrance examinations at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, the Belarusian State Academy of Music, the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts for full-time (daytime) and part-time education - from July 16 to July 25. At other higher education institutions for full-time and part-time education (except for part-time education at agricultural universities) - from July 16 to July 21. At agricultural universities for part-time education - from December 1 to December 20.
Enrollment of applicants for budget-funded places at the higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as at the Institute of Border Guard Service and the Military Academy, will be completed by July 23; at state academies of arts, music, and the university of culture - by July 29; and at other higher education institutions - by July 25 (part-time agricultural profile - by December 25). As for places for fee-paying education, at the higher education institutions of the security sector - by July 30; at the higher education institutions of the cultural sphere - by August 1; at all others - by August 4 (part-time agricultural profile - by December 25).
