12 April, Minsk /BELTA correspondent/. The gross domestic product of Belarus for January-March at comparable prices amounted to 110.9% of the level of the same period last year, the National Statistical Committee informed BELTA.
At the same time, in the production sector, GDP growth was 112.5%, and in the services sector - 110%. In accordance with the forecast for socio-economic development, GDP growth in 2011 should be 109-110% compared to the 2010 level.
Industrial production in the first quarter increased by 11.8% and amounted to Br49.818 trillion. (annual growth forecast - 9-9.5%). The share of shipped innovative products in the total volume of shipped products in January-March was 11.8%. According to the forecast for 2011, this figure should be 12-13%. -0-
