The gross domestic product of Belarus in January-July 2010 increased by 7% compared to the same period last year at comparable prices and amounted to Br83.836 trillion in current prices, the National Statistical Committee informed BelTA. In accordance with the forecast for socio-economic development of Belarus in 2010, GDP growth of 11-13% is envisaged. Industrial production for the seven months of 2010 amounted to 109.6% (annual forecast 110-112%) of the level of the same period last year and reached more than Br86.324 trillion. The output of consumer goods amounted to Br19.278 trillion (111.1%), including food products - Br10.502 trillion (110.6%), and non-food products - Br7.638 trillion (112.4%).
