A selective inspection of KUPSHP "Lepel" was carried out by the Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations.
During the inspection, it was established that the enterprise fails to comply with the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire, the requirements for the maintenance and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means, the general requirements for ensuring fire safety at the facility, and the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire.
The management is not fulfilling, at the proper level, the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety standardisation and regulation system, which form an integral part of their professional activities.
A fire evacuation drill and instructions on fire safety rules compliance were conducted with the institution's employees for the event of a fire or other emergency situation.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organisations are obliged to ensure fire safety and fire prevention measures within their respective organisations.
